Our trades’ staff have a variety of experience of working on void properties and working with social housing providers to get the properties back to your lettable standard as soon as possible.

Specialist works and disabled adaptations

We can respond quickly to requests for disabled adaption works, we understand the improvements these types of works have on the residents and therefore the importance of getting this work done as quickly as we can

Home development and house building

We have team of contracts managers who can project manage bigger projects including any new build developments that you may be undertaking.

Facilities management for commercial offices

We offer a range of facilities management services for our social housing clients.
